- 100g Just Caught Raw Prawn Meat
- 125g Jasmine Rice
- ½ Avocado – Sliced
- ½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
- ½ cup edamame beans, cooked
- 2 Radish, sliced
- Lemon wedge, for serving
- White & Black Sesame Seeds, for serving
Step 1
Cook rice as per cooking instructions on pack.
Step 2
Chop up your avocado, cucumber, and radish, set aside.
Step 3
Heat olive oil on a medium heat. Season the prawns to your liking and pan fry prawns for 3 minutes, turning halfway or until cooked through.
Step 4
Assemble your bowl, place rice, chopped up avocado, cucumber, and radish in the bowl. Add your cooked prawns to the bowl and top with sesame seeds and lemon.
