Product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Oven Bake 

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC fan forced. 
  2. Remove product from packaging and place on a lined baking tray. 
  3. Cook from frozen 14-15 minutes, turning half way through.

Deep Fry

  1. Preheat oil in a saucepan to 165oC-175oC. 
  2. Fry from frozen, for 4-5 minutes.
