Product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. 
  2. Lightly spray the pan with canola oil. 
  3. Remove marinated Barramundi from packaging and place onto the pan. 
  4. Place the lid over the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes. Do not turn over.
