Pan Fry:
- Pre-heat the fry pan to a medium heat
- Lightly oil the fry pan with suitable frying oil.
- Remove the thawed prawn from the packaging and add directly into the frying pan.
- Heat prawns for 4 minutes total (approximately 2 minutes each side), continually turning or mixing prawns to heat them through. Serve.
