Place sealed frozen prawn bag on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove prawn from packaging and drain well.
Quick Thaw Method:
Remove prawn from bag and place in colander under cold running water for 5 - 7 minutes or until thawed and drain well.
