Cooking Instructions 

Product is to be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Oven Bake 

  1. Preheat the oven at 220oC fan forced. 
  2. Place the fish on a paper lined baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes. 
  3. Allow the product to sit for a couple of minutes then serve and enjoy.
