Crimson Snapper

Crimson Snapper is caught wild around the top of Australia all year round. It has a medium flavour, firm texture and low oil content. Crimson Snapper pairs well with a medium bodied white wine with a high aromatic such as a Chardonnay or Dry Riesling.
