Sautéed Squid Noodles
Have you heard of squid noodles?! You might have been looking at this posts’ picture thinking these were udon noodles or some form of linguini… carb-filled no protein noodles. And yes, now you know, these are our latest Squid Noodles!
Made of 99% wild caught squid, our snap frozen noodles are like no other. And an easy high-protein convenient food to cook too!
Here’s one of our favourite Squid Noodles recipes for you.
Combining tender squid noodles with a vibrant mix of vegetables, this quick, high-protein, and gluten-free dish is the ideal choice for those who value healthy living and convenience without breaking the bank.

2 x 250g Squid noodles
4 tbsp. Olive oil
6 Cloves of garlic (crushed)
4 tbsp. Light soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dark soy sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
4 tbsp Water
2 Red chillis or 6 capsicums
4 Spring onions
Vegetables of choice (we used Broccoli, Carrots & Green peas)
Step 1
Heat half of the oil in a wok over medium high heat.
Add garlic and chillis. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add spring onions, vegetables, and water. Sauté́ for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Remove from wok and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Add the Squid Noodles and cook for approx. 2-3 minutes, separating and stirring the noodles.
Step 3
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Step 4
Add vegetables and sauce to cooked Squid Noodles. Serve and enjoy!
